It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive shipments promptly, as temperature-sensitive compounds may be affected by extended exposure to ambient conditions.

Due to the nature of our products and quality control requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or reconstituted products.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications on the Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@triplesequencelabs.com for resolution.

Refunds or replacements for verified quality issues are provided at our discretion after review of the reported concern.
