What is included with each order?

How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability, or at 2–8°C for short-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe noted on the product documentation.
How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?
Reconstitution involves adding a sterile solvent, typically bacteriostatic water, to the lyophilized powder. Gently swirl the vial — do not shake vigorously. The volume of solvent determines the concentration. Specific reconstitution guidance is included with product documentation. All handling should follow standard laboratory protocols.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It inhibits microbial growth, making it suitable for multi-use reconstitution of lyophilized compounds in a laboratory setting. It is the standard solvent for peptide reconstitution in research applications.
Are these peptides for human consumption?

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every order. The COA includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry results, appearance description, lot number, and production date. COAs may also be requested independently by contacting our team.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds and sterility requirements, we do not accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Contact our team to initiate a return request.
